【Drinking method】 Take 5-7g of tea leaves in a pot (covered bowl), pour about 150-200ml of boiling water (100°C), quickly pour out to moisturize the tea, and then pour boiling water to brew, the first brewing time is 15- 30 seconds, then extend for 10-20 seconds in subsequent sequence, you can brew multiple times.

 

Note: The tea-water ratio is about 1:50. Using 5-7g gives a more subtle taste. If you want your tea to be stronger use 6-8g. But you can adjust the amount of tea and the brewing time of tea water according to personal preference.

Tie luo han was produced in Wuyi mountain in Fujian, China. It is a semi-fermented oolong tea. The high-quality wuyi tea must be made by experienced tea masters with traditional craftsmanship. Tie luo han has a strong fragrance and a mellow taste and it can be brewed many times. 

The story of Tie luo han. Thousands of years ago when people did not have medicine, they drank Tie luo han which is a special tea with unique medicinal properties. After drinking this tea, people were able to disinfect and fight against diseases such as colds, fevers, strokes and measles. This led to the Chinese people giving their relatives Tie luo han tea as a gift and herbal tea. Since then, Tie luo han has become well-known in Southeast Asia.
