【Tasting method】 Put 5-7 tea leaves in a pot or a tureen, pour about 200ml of boiling water (water temperature 95-100 degrees) and quickly pour out to moisturize the tea, and then brew for 30-45 seconds before the soup is ready to taste drink, and then extend for 10-20 seconds in sequence.
Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. The amount of tea poured is 5-7g for a more peaceful taste, and 7-9g has a strong taste. You can adjust the amount of tea and the brewing time according to personal preference.
