【Brewing method】Take 3-5g of tea leaves in a teapot or a Taiwan set, pour 125-150ml of boiling water over leaves and discard to moisturize the tea, and then pour boiling water to brew tea, wait for 45-90 seconds after which tea is ready to be drank. Extend the brewing time by 15-20 seconds in each subsequent brew
Note: The tea-water ratio is about 1:50. A tea volume ofs 3–5g is milder, and the taste of 5-8g is stronger. The tea-water ratio and brewing time can be adjusted according to personal preference.
