【Brewing Method】Put 3-5g tea leaves in a pot (Gai wan)pour about 200ml of boiling water (100 degrees). Then quickly pour out the tea and brew it for 60 seconds. You can extend 10-20 seconds the brewing time to your liking. 

Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. The amount of tea poured is 3–5g for a milder taste and 5-8g has a stronger taste. You can adjust the amount of tea and brewing time according to personal preference.

• Specialty:  Pu-erh Tea is called the “edible antique” in China as it is a dark tea with a mature flavor and texture. The leaves are originally prepared like Green Tea, with minimal oxidation. However, after processing, the leaves are post-fermented. This process alters the aroma of the tea and transforms any bitterness to a sweeter, mellow flavor, and a pleasant mouthfeel.
