【Brewing method】Put 3-5g tea leaves in a pot (covered bowl), pour about 200ml of boiling water (100 degrees) then brew it for 30-60 seconds. You can taste it and if not to your liking you can brew it for another 10-20 seconds.

 

Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. The amount of tea poured is 3–5g for a milder taste, and 5-8g has a stronger taste. You can adjust the amount of tea and brewing time according to personal preference.

  • Fermented Pu-erh tea belongs to dark tea. This Pu-erh tea brick is packed with bamboo leaves. It uses Yunnan big-leaf sun-dried green tea as raw material. It is a pressed brick tea made by fermentation and gets process for a long period of time. Its flavor combines the aroma of bamboo leaves and the tea aroma of Pu-erh tea. The taste is particularly mellow and sweet. The tea is thick and brown-red while the aged Pu-erh tea is mild in nature. This tea is good for the stomach and helps digestion.
