[Brewing method] Put 5-7g of tea leaves in a pot (covered bowl), pour about 200ml of boiling water (100°C ), quickly pour out to moisturize the tea, and then pour boiling water to brew, the first infusion time is about 15-20seconds , and then extend the time sequentially by about 10 seconds.
Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. The amount of tea poured is 5-7g for a more mild taste, and 7-9g has a strong taste. You can choose the amount of tea and the time of tea water according to personal preference.
