[Brewing Method ] Put 3-5g tea leaves in a pot or a Gaiwan set, moisten the tea leaves by pouring about 200ml of boiling water (100 degrees) over tea leaves and discarding this initial brew; then pour about 200ml boiling water to brew tea. The first steep will take about 30-40 seconds. Each subsequent steep will take 10 seconds longer than the previous one.
Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. The amount of tea poured is 3–5g for a more mellow taste, and 5-8g has a strong taste. You can adjust the amount of tea and the brewing time according to personal preferences.
