【Brewing method】 Take 5-7g of tea leaves in a pot (covered bowl), pour about 150-200ml of boiling water (100°C), quickly pour out to moisturize the tea, and then pour boiling water to brew, the first brewing time is 15- 30 seconds, then extend for 10-20 seconds in sequence, you can brew multiple times.

Note: The tea-water ratio is about 1:50. Using 5-7g gives a more subtle taste. If you your tea to be stronger use 6-8g. But you can choose the amount of tea and the brewing time of tea water according to personal preference.
