【Brewing Method 】Take 5-8g of tea leaves in a teapot or Gaiwan set, pour about 200ml of boiling water (100 °C) and pour out quickly to moisten the tea leaves, then pour in boiling water to brew, the first brewing time is about 30-45 seconds , and then increase each subsequent brewing time by about 10–15 seconds.

Note: The ratio of tea and water should be about 1:50. 5-8g for a milder taste , with 6-9g being stronger. You can choose the amount of tea and the time of brew according to your personal preference.
